Processing Technician

Job description

• Operate and supervise the milling, polishing and colour-sorting lines.
• Monitor technical parameters, troubleshoot faults and coordinate equipment maintenance.
• Record production data and propose productivity improvements.

Requirements

• Vocational or college qualification in Mechanical, Electrical/Electronic or Food Technology.
• Experience in a food or grain processing plant is preferred.
• Comfortable in a production environment and able to work shifts.
